  I already have a domain and I don’t want to move it or pay extra what can i do instead

  Note: You can use a custom domain only on the paid plans of WordPress.com.

  If you are on the paid plan of WordPress.com, you can simply map the domain to your WordPress.com site.

  If you are not on the paid plan, then you must need to upgrade to the paid plans and then you can easily map that domain with your site.
