    HI – I have had a blog with WordPress for about three years.
    this is a mess
    Several months ago I had a stroke – which was a bummer!
    I thought I had paid my fees – but I must not have? I’m trying to find out.
    I was also using the Builderall platform in Brazil. with my Word Press account.
    My monthly payment was canceled – I discovered that in January … I finally got that cleared up and all is paid.
    However, My Word Press account was canceled..
    I had about three years of a blog on VonisView.com
    I am trying to save this – I also had another domain I wasn’t using… but I’ve kept it paid up…
    I’m 90 years old so I’m claiming frustration and asking for help.
    I need the domain name for VonisView
    Can you please help me???
    And do I owe Word Press anything now?
    Sincerely need help.

    I checked the site, and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com-managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look. I would reach out to your site host as they can assist you with restoring your site.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is also available at the forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.
