    Hello there!

WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers. However, I can certainly help you map your domain from your registrar to your WordPress.com site. It doesn’t matter where your domain is hosted, it can be used for your WordPress.com site.

This link will help with the process, or I can assist further:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain

I did note in my research that your domain does not currently “point” to WordPress.com: http://who.is/whois/idsafe-group.com/

Your custom domain must have WordPress.com name servers to work properly. The document I’ve linked above will help.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

Thank you for your information. I cannot change this by Hostnet so I have filled the form you send me and asked to change my host from hostnet.nl to Tucows. When its done I hope that I can couple my wordpress.com to the domain so that i can use my webpage wich I have already mady by wordpress.com. Do I have to make more steps?
If so please let me know. I will let you know if its OK.
Thank you verry much and greetings,
    Arthur Koolbergen.

    Hi Arthur!

As long as you plan to manage your website here at WordPress.com, you do not need a web hosting account with Tucows. You can manage all your content at:

    http://idsafegroup.wordpress.com/wp-admin

Your domain’s name servers at tucows.com should be set to:
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

Once that is done, the mapping will be complete. However, it could take up to 72-hours for changes to your name servers to take full effect, and be visible throughout the internet.

To read about the difference between your domain (idsafe-group.com) and your website (dsafegroup.wordpress.com), please take a look at the following link:

Thank you very much! Let me know if I can help with anything else.
