I didn’t get notified that my domain had expired, please help urgently as my business cannot recive emails or use our website! I tried to buy it again but it said it had been mapped already, please please help urgently! I didn’t recieve anything to tell me that this had expired!

There are two parts – one is domain mapping and the other is domain name registration.
Your domain name registration has expired but did not seem to be in Redemption so you should be able to renew it from your store tab – however I have flagged this for staff attention to help you

I am also experiencing the same problem, I have 8 days left and there is nothing I can do it seems like up update the domain. Someone please help me with this, I will obviously pay what I need, my domain is http://www.booksmakebooms.com

framingfairy11, you should still be able to renew the domain from Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard. Is that not working for you?
carlospalacio1987, your domain won’t expire until August 17, and you need to be logged in as the owner of the domain to renew it. If you need further assistance, please start your own thread.

Hi all, thanks …. no what you suggest is not working. There is no renew option, I am logged in as the domain owner. I go to store, there is no renew option, so I go to domain and try to add/buy and it tells me it has already been mapped to a wordpress blog (yes, I know, me!!).
Thank you, above, for flagging this to staff, I hope this gets sorted soon, my customers can’t contact me! Not good!
Any other suggestions, most welcome, thanks or your help…

Can you renew it if you log in as that user?

Thanks a lot and this makes sense, I have seen the person that actually owns it and he will handle it. But it does say that it will expire in 4 days now, so I am not sure why you mention August. How do you find that out?
