You can cancel your domain by navigating to your Manage Purchases page here: https://wordpress.com/purchases/
Click on your domain and then click the Cancel button below it. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel it within 48 hours since you registered it.
You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Please read all the information and follow the instructions carefully before proceeding. After requesting the cancellation, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm the cancellation. Your upgrade will not be canceled (and any refunds will not be issued) until you click that link to confirm that cancellation.

I have done what you suggested and all it does is take me to gravatar, and there is no cancel button anywhere. I have the free website does that make a difference? I just want to cancel the whole account. It isn’t what I needed. Thank you for your help.

I suggest you log out from Gravatar and then make sure that you are only logged in to your WordPress.com account with your username gethealthyitworks. If you’re saying that you have a free WordPress.com website then you’re talking about http://gethealthyitworks.wordpress.com/ right? If that’s right then you don’t have a custom domain because a custom domain would look like yourgroovydomain.com instead of yourgroovydomain.wordpress.com.
WordPress.com accounts cannot be cancelled/deleted. However, you can easily delete your blog or free website.
