MY DOMAIN ADDRESS

  My web address is http://outlawritual.wordpress.com
  I want access to that domain for my blog.
  Wordpress is making me use outlawritualSITE.wordpress as my adress.
  I do not want to use that!
  I want (just) outlawritual to be my PRIMARY SITE adress.
  I previously deleted my former blog (outlawritual.wordpress.com) & started fresh–
  which is why I dont have access to that name.
  but I am the one who created it.
  Since it IS ALREADY my web adress– why is it not letting me use it as my primary site so I can start creating my new blog?????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
