Hi, my problems began with a sever 500 error when trying to save updates on elementor. Later find out that when i log into my administrator account it says that I no longer have access to the site, domain and its purchases. I can access the website from the front end, and access the dashboard of the site, and it only lists me and my account as the administrator. But when viewing “My sites” it asks me to create a new one.

The site is up and running, and I am able to make changes to it, but I no longer can edit or make changes to the hosting side of things. I am on Creator plan and have all evidence of purchases and Transactional ID, tried to recover my account but it refuses to work, followed all instructions.

I just need a wordpress support personal to check my account details and see if there is any clues on their end. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

From what I can see it looks like something was trying to access my jetpack files, I believe my wordpress accout may have been hacked. Jetpack and its features were removed and I am unable to reconnect it to my account

    Hey there,

It looks like your site was disconnected from Jetpack and no longer recognized as belonging to your account. This issue was caused by a plugin issue. It looks like the issues was caused by one of three plugins that were causing errors, legal-pages, proxy-vpn-blocker-premium, or instawp-connect.I deactivated these plugins and was able to successfully reconnect your site. I have reactivated the plugins but strongly recommend against using them as they may cause the issue to occur again.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey there,

It sounds like the VPN you restricted may have been Jetpack itself, as the Jetpack plugin was not having any issues. It was just no longer able to connect to our servers.

    Hope this helps!
