My domain and website have changed

  I had a personalised domain, which since I last accessed my webpage is now gone and my domain has changed back to the default WordPress domain. On top of this my posts on my website are gone as well as my website setup having changed. How has this happened and am I able to retrieve the information and files that are now gone from my site?

  What was the personalized domain? I don’t see any history of such an upgrade connected to the user account that you’ve posted from here.

  This domain is currently registered at NameCheap and not through WordPress.com. There’s no history of it being connected to this WordPress.com user account.
