Your site’s Business Plan expired on September 1 when it wasn’t renewed.
You can purchase a new Business Plan from https://wordpress.com/plans

Hi, thanks for the reply! Do I need to do something after subscribing, or it will automatically fix the issue?
Also, can I just purchase Premium Plan instead?
-
Hi there,
After adding a new plan, you’ll also need to add a Domain Connection upgrade and Upgrades ->Domains to reconnect your domain. Otherwise everything should start working again immediately, though you might need to reactivate some of your plugins.
Also, can I just purchase Premium Plan instead?
If you want to continue using the plugins you have installed, you need the Business Plan. But if you don’t want those any more, we can downgrade your site back to the free plan, which will allow you to buy the Premium Plan instead.
This downgrade process is necessary because certain changes were made to your site when you installed plugins, and those changes have to be reverted for your site to work correctly on a different plan. This means you’ll lose all plugins you have installed. There’s also a small risk that any content you added after first installing plugins can be lost, but we take every precaution to try and prevent that.
If you prefer this option, please confirm that you understand what I wrote here, and I can start the process to downgrade your site.
Also let me know if you have any questions about this.

All our plans include hosting, yes.
At the moment you’re only able to buy Business, because your site was previously using plugins on that plan.
But if we properly downgrade your site to the free plan as I explained above, you’ll be able to buy the Premium Plan if you prefer.

In case that my site doesn’t work as it should be after downgrading to Premium Plan, can we bring back the business plan just to make it all work again?
I can’t remember the plugins that I used on the Business Plan. I’m concerned about the changes after the downgrade. Thank you!

Hi there,
If you decide to upgrade to the Business plan, then only your content and layout will be carried over. Any plugins, third-party themes, and custom code will have been removed from the downgrade process.
-
Hi, I would like to use the Premium Plan.
But just to be clear, my domain will be retrieved (domain.net instead of domain.wpcomstaging.com) after subscribing to Premium Plan.
Thank you!

Your site’s address will go back to thezoneway.wordpress.com. When you upgrade to the desired plan, you’ll need to connect your custom domain again (no need to change the nameservers, as these already point to WordPress.com).
If everything is clear, please acknowledge what @kokkieh wrote above and we’ll start the process. Thanks!

Thank you for confirming. It’s all done, your site was reverted and you should now be able to upgrade your plan and connect your custom domain:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.

Hi there,
Yes, with any annual plan you would be able to connect your domain:

Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
