I actually don’t see any contact information when I go to Domains and click on the domain. The site was started in 2012 and I need to transfer contact info.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looks like your website is a free plan under wordpress.com. Since your site is a subdomain of wordpress.com, I believe the instructions in the page you posted apply to this plan.
I also have a free plan and I can’t find my contact information in the domains setting either.

Hi there,
When you register a custom domain you have to provide valid contact information, and that needs to be updated if it changes or your domain can be suspended.
This doesn’t apply to the free WordPress.com address you’re currently using for your site.

I found my contact information listed on http://www.statsinfinity.com/domain/ from a wordpress website with a domain I registered in 2012. That domain isn’t being used any more, but is listed as “included with site” for a still existing site – that is paid – womensincubator.org. My main goal is to not have my phone number and name listed together online :)

Looking at the current WHOIS record, it looks like your domain registered with Tucows has Privacy enabled and the contact information that appears there is from the company enacting the privacy on your behalf.
If Statsinfinity displays the previous WHOIS record, they have instructions on removing the cached information on their website. Here is the URL: http://www.statsinfinity.com/help/cached_record_removal.php

The domain, womensincubator.org, is not registered with us, but it does appear to have privacy enabled with the domain provider where it is registered, yes. The current registration was started in 2015, which would indicate your registration expired or was cancelled at some point, and someone else now owns that domain. That person has the domain mapped to a WordPress.com site in their account.
statsinfinity.com is also now showing the privacy protection info for me rather than your own, so either their database updated in the meantime or you followed @justjennifer’s advice to have them remove/update the info.
To explain a bit what’s going on here, sites like that query the Whois databases and just list all the domains they find. More reputable Whois lookup services, like those run by ICANN itself or by various registrars, update their info on a regular (as in daily or even hourly) basis. But if your info from a registration in 2012 was still listed there, I’m going to guess statsinfinity.com don’t update their data unless asked.
