My domain disappeared and I can’t login?

Help! My domain (KaiserslauternRollerDerby.Org) has disappeared, and my login no longer works! This is a new account I had to create. Our whole website is down, but I’ve received no email about what has happened, and I can’t login. Can I please get some assistance? Thank you!!

Basically WordPress.com is a service that includes hosting, SSL, and security, maintenance, and support for the WordPress software which we provide in our hosting.
WordPress.org is the community about the free WordPress software, which you can use with a different hosting service. Most hosting services will give you installers, and some provide basic maintenance. Otherwise you would provide your own security and maintenance, and would look the community and online resources for any support you need. Or you can hire a company to help with that.
