  Hi there, the domain expired quite a while ago:

  When a domain is in redemption, the registrar charges an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular renewal fee. I’ve just sent an invoice. Can you pay that ASAP, then respond here to let us know that’s done? If we can get it back before it hits redemption (which should be any minute) we’ll let you know.

  If you don’t want to pay the extra $80 fee, you can allow the domain expiration process to continue, but please know that’s a risky process. Let us know and we can remove the invoice if that’s your preference.

  Either way, domain redemption is time sensitive, so let us know as soon as possible what you’d like to do.

  Hi @salubriousdish, just following up. Can you take care of that invoice ASAP? The domain will most likely be in redemption by the time you take care of the invoice, which requires that fee. But if you’ll pay it and update us here ASAP, we’ll see if we can get it back before redemption.

  Hi there! I just wanted to confirm that we received your payment, and the domain has been restored. We were able to restore it before it went into redemption, so I’ve refunded the $80 redemption fee. That will be returned to your credit card.

  When you have a moment, could you please add a payment method to the domain registration in your account, and that will allow the domain to automatically renew next year (if you’d like to keep the domain active).
