My domain expired?

    Hi – my wordpress account says that my domain name expired 21 days ago, but i renewed it on May 22nd through namecheap, and namecheap assures me that my domain is active and this is a problem with wordpress. How can my domain be paid for and active, yet on wordpress it says that it expired 22 days ago – even after I paid to renew it? Please help.

    Hi there! The Domain Mapping subscription that connects your domain to your WordPress.com site expired 22 days ago.

    The Domain Mapping upgrade is on a different WordPress.com account than the one you posted from, so you’ll need to login to the correct account to renew it if you want to keep the domain connected. (I’ve sent an email to the email address attached to the other account, in case you need help finding which one to login with.)
