My Domain Expired and I can’t find a way to renew

It look’s like my auto renew function has not worked and somehow I have missed (if I received) any messaged telling me to renew. I now can not access my Domain, does anyone know how I can renew, PLEASE HELP

Good morning, sorry to keep requesting an update but we are meant to be supporting families starving through the Covid period and on half term but without a website we can’t do anything.
Is there an update?

Our domain’s partners usually reply within 48 hours. It may take a little longer, given that we reached out to them during the weekend.

I didn’t hear back just yet, but I did notice the domain is active again. I’d recommend setting a reminder to transfer it out a month before it’s due to expire again, or you can just set up auto renew here. We always attempt to renew one month prior to expiration, and will send an email if it doesn’t work so there’s time to sort things out. If you choose to set up auto renewal, you can do that here:
