My domain expired and I do not have the option in purchases to renew it.

My domain name, mediauplibrary.org expired when credit card update did not auto renew. Have since renewed all credit card info, however, the domain name is no longer in my purchases. Can I get a link to redeem the domain name?

Hi there, it appears that your domain name is registered with GoDaddy.com. Is it possible that you purchased domain mapping with WordPress.com, but the registration is still with GoDaddy?
I would suggest logging into your GoDaddy account to see if you can renew the domain registration there.

Hey there,
I checked and mediauplibrary.org is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.
Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

Yes, we would like to renew through the redemption period and pay the extra fee.
As well as set up auto-renew.

$18.00We completed this order lats night but we still are seeing the same WHOIS information and we have no access to the domain in our wordpress.com admin account. We need to be able to access the domain to change the DNS servers.
Can you please advise. How long do the redemptions take? Where will we be able to manage the domain once the domain is back?
