My domain expired and I need to renew it

Hi! My domain, catherinejcampbell.com, accidentally lapsed and I need to renew it ASAP! How can I do that? Thanks!

Hi catherinejcampbell,
catherinejcampbell.com expired on 17th July 2018. This domain can no longer be renewed through your account so I will need to contact our domain registrar and make a request for it to be restored.
It’s worth noting that if the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost — I will let you know if this is the case.
I’ve sent a payment request for the domain cost to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once the payment has come through.

Your payment has come through, thanks! At this stage, the domain hasn’t been restored yet but I’ve contacted our registrar and made a request for this to be done. We usually hear back in 1-2 business days but I’ll be in touch as soon as I have more news.
