My domain expired and im having trouble getting it working.

  Hi my domain, redzonefresh.com has expired on june 24 2013. I bought this domain on wordpress and thought I had auto renew on. its been renewed every year since 2011. I am having trouble getting it to work. it says I need to change my dns, and my nameservers and im not sure what exactly to do. it says that if its been longer then a few days after it expires it may not be retrievable and to contact you guys.
