My Domain Expired and it won't let me renew it

  1. Most importantly, I want to transfer my domain out of WP to GoDaddy.com
  2. It won’t let me renew my domain so I can start transferring my domain out. I tried and it keeps me going on a loop. What’s going on? I put renew and it takes me to purchases… am I supposed to get one of these plans? I just want to renew my domain, I don’t want to pay $200.

  If you could please guide me to move my domain vastyram.com to godaddy.com .. that would be amazing!

  Hi there,

  You’re unable to renew your domain because the domain upgrade is not associated with the account that you are contacting us from.

  If you log into the account/username that owns the domain name, you should be able to both renew and transfer the upgrade successfully.
