My domain expired. Can you help me get it back?

    I bought my domain – violetanedkova.com – from you a while back, but I made a mistake and it seems to have expired. Can you help me get it back at all?

    Your domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption. The good news is that it’s still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but there’s an $80 redemption fee to restore it. Let me know if you agree to that fee, and I can get the recovery process started.

    Also, If you want to make the most of your domain, I’d like to suggest upgrading to one of our paid plans, such as the Personal or Premium plan. By doing so, you can set your domain as your site’s primary address, making it easier for visitors to find and remember your website. If you’re interested, you can quickly upgrade below.

    As mentioned by my colleauge, this domain has been removed from our system and returned to the registry. To recover it at this late phase there is a $80 redemption fee, in addition to the standard $19 fee for 1 year of registration (since the domain was not already renewed) and I have prepared an invoice for this amount and sent it to you via email.

    Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the renewal of violetanedkova.com as well as the late renewal fee.

    If you do not see it in your inbox, please search for the subject “Payment request from Automattic Inc.” and be sure to check any spam folders. Also be sure you are not blocking emails from our donotreply address donotreply[at]wordpress[dot]com.     As the DNS settings of domain are being re-instated, this can take a few hours to become visible.

    Out of curiosity, were you looking to make this the primary custom domain of the site?
