My domain expired! Help

  Hello, I’d like to renew my domain name that I purchased with you. http://www.jrisfrank.com My credit card had been replaced and I was on vacation and lost track of your emails about renewal. Help! What can I do to renew the domain name?

  Hi there,

  Your domain is currently in redemption with our registrar. I should still be able to get it back for you at this point, but once a domain enters redemption our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore it. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can start the recovery process.
