I requested a refund for premium and accidentally refunded my domain aswell. Can you help?

Do you want to use that domain here or somewhere else? To have your WordPress.com site appear at that domain you will need to have a paid plan, so in that case please purchase a new plan and let us know here once you’ve done that, and we can restore the domain.
If you want to use the domain somewhere else, the simplest option is to wait: this domain should become available again early next week, at which point you can then register it directly where you want to use it.
Or if you prefer we can restore it right away and help you point it to your host. In that case we can send you a link to pay for the domain again.
Let me know which option you prefer.

Ideally, I’d just like to use the domain elsewhere. I’m a little worried that if I wait until early next week to register it on, say, godaddy.com, that someone else will snatch it up beforehand.
Is there a way for me to receive the domain on here and then transfer it to godaddy?

We can restore the domain here, although you’ll need to pay the registration fee again since you’ve received a full refund already. Once the domain is back on your account, you’ll be able to point it to another site and transfer it after 60 days (there’s a lock on all new domains):
