My domain expired yesterday and I'm trying to Renew ASAP

  My domain expired yesterday on March 4, 2015, and I’m trying to renew it now. I’m having difficulties finding where to renew, as it does not give that option under Store or My Domains.

  Please help! :)

  Unfortunately, no. The “Update Primary Domain” field is un-clickable. Even upon trying to renew the Premium Package (in which the domain was purchased) I am unable to do so.

  Hoping to get some support from WordPress staff on this. I found a previous forum that seemed to have a solution, but it was provided by a staff member.

  Hi @vicwest,

  The issue here is that the Premium bundle and associated domain csm21ent.com are not owned under your current user account (vicwest). They’re owned under another user account on the site. That user can renew the upgrades from this page:

  https://chrissmithmgmt.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Do you have access to that user account or could you ask the individual that owns the account to login and renew the upgrade?
