My domain failed to auto-renew

    My domain failed to auto-renew and the link to manually renew it hasn’t worked properly. I have a transaction receipt showing the renewal two days before expiration, but cannot seem to correct this problem. Please help!

    Hi there,

    Your domain, betcharleston.com, expired on 19 February. We attempted to renew it on 20 January, but the renewal did not go through. We sent you an email on the same day to notify you of that, and again on 4, 16, 19 and 20 February.

    Our system does not show any payment for the domain two days before expiration on 17 February. I also see no receipts for a renewal payment in your billing history, here:

    As that domain is more than 40 days expired it has been removed from our system and is now in redemption with our domain provider. We need to pay our domain provider a $80 fee to get the domain restored from redemption, so I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can attempt to restore it.
