My domain

    Greetings,

    I’d like to know what happened to my domain. I purchases it las year and I never could transfer or renew it. Some people told me it was registered with Wild West Domains but I purchased it to you. What can I do? How can I renew it and manage it again? Thanks in advance for your kind attentions.

    Hi @gladysnichols , it looks like you tried to transfer it but it did not go through. The domain has been in redemption for a while now.

    We can try getting it back, but there would be a hefty redemption fee. Your other option is to wait about 15 more days (to the end of the redemption period) to see if it will be released, so you can buy it again at the registrar of your choice. What would you like to do?
