My domain got renewed without any update

    I didn’t want to renew my domain as my website usage was only for 2 months. The renewal happened without any information and the auto renew was enabled without any clear intent during the buying journey.. I need the refund of $23 charged withoout informing.

    Hi there,

    Our refund period for domain renewals is 96 hours. As your domain renewed on 14 December already, it is no longer possible for us to issue a refund. At this point we can only restore the domain to your account so you can continue using it until it expires in January next year. We can still do this for the next 48 hours.

    When you bought the upgrade you agreed to our terms of service and renewal policy, both of which state that all upgrades auto-renew by default.

    We sent you a notice via email that the renewal was approaching on 14 November, and we emailed you a receipt for the renewal on 14 December.
