  I’ve lost my domain. There’s only ‘You don’t have any sites’ message. I want to make a transfer of my previous domain, but it said that domain is not valid

  Thank you for writing to us for help with your site. I’ll gladly take a closer look. Please indicate the site URL involved with the request. It sounds like this could’ve been set up under a different account, and I can confirm with the URL.

  Looking over the account, I can see that the Creator plan was refunded and canceled on 2024-04-23. No domain was connected to that account, only the free site URL listed in your post.
