My domain has been expired for 3 months, will I be able to renew it???

My domain expired 3 months ago and I would like to renew it, what are my chances? From what I’ve read, it doesn’t sound to good. It currently says that it is locked. I’m willing to pay the $97 dollars of whatever it is to retrieve it, I’ve just gone through some rough stuff over the past few months and completely forgot to renew it and now I can’t get it back. Can someone please help me?

Are you talking about bakinfresh.com? When I checked it, the domain was available in the open marketplace. To get it back, follow the steps for registering a new domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

micawbr, thank you very much! I re-purchased my domain it cost $24 does that sound about right? Because I’ve paid for it but everytime I type the domain in the website does not come up it says ‘Safari can’t find the server’

The $24 seems a bit off. A .com domain is $18. If you choose private registration, then that’s an additional $8 for a total of $26. I checked bakinfresh.com at two domain registration services and both show that it has not been registered.
It may help to have a WordPress.com staff member help out here since they can look at your account and see what’s going on. I’ve tagged this thread for their attention.

The renewal of your domain failed due to the old expired subscriptions not being correctly removed. I’m sorry for that trouble! I went ahead to remove the subscriptions and have now registered bakinfresh.com to your account. Your site’s available again at that domain. :)
The currency used here at AUD, and so $24 is the correct amount.
