My domain has been removed for violating ToS?

I literally just finished my domain page only to have the above message appear. I created a page to give information on a survey site that rewards people cash for completing surveys. I added my referal link to it so i in return can receive rewards upon others registration. What gives? How did i violate ToS??? This in no way shape or form was supporting spam nor any type of virus.
