  I need to know if it’s still in redemption? I don’t see it in my account anymore to do anything.

  Since you have canceled that domain the same day you registered it, it will be released within a week and made available for registration again.

  Thanks for your response but that’s the wrong domain you’ve checked on our account.

  We registered liverpoolhomelessfootball.club and cancelled it the same day.

  However the domain in question is liverpoolhomelessfootballclub.com

  This has been registered for a few years not days.

  @liverpoolhomelessfootballclub sorry about that. We saw yesterday’s cancellation and thought that was it, but it looks like there was a problem renewing the plan and domain earlier.

  Can you let us know whether you intended to renew just the domain (for hosting elsewhere) or both the domain and the plan?

  We’ll invoice accordingly so we can get the domain back on the account.

  Noting we do require a plan for sites hosted on our servers. You were using Premium previously, and we can re-add that as you’d like. If you wanted to change to something else, let us know.

  We only intend to renew the domain only for hosting elsewhere.

  We don’t require anything else as emails and website is hosted elsewhere

  Noting it was added back already.

  While it was not in redemption, luckily, that was a bit of a quirk as it had expired some time ago.

  You will want to take care of the renewal fee as soon as possible.

  If you opt to keep the domain here, note you can choose whether to keep a separate site at https://liverpoolhomelessfootballclub.wordpress.com/, or whether to redirect it to the other domain. You can also keep the site private.
