My domain has expired and I really need it back

My domain is connected to an email address which is now down and I can’t work.
How do I redeem it? All the links in the support articles don’t take me somewhere that I can reactivate or redeem it.
And on my purchases page there is no option to reactivate or redeem, infact there is no mention of that expired subscription.
What can I do?

I see that before you have waived the $80 fee for someone in this situation, Is there any way you could possible do that this once for me as it’s a big outlay and I really need the domain back today.

Thanks for making the payment and confirmation! I have forwarded the request to redeem the domain to our pattern registrar. They usually reply back in a couple of days but sometimes it can take up to 7 working days.
As soon as we will hear back from them we will get in touch. There is no further action required on your side.
