My domain is also parked, Help please !

Hello,
I wanted to transfer my domain name to another host. Ignoring the consequence, I canceled my domain name. Now I have the message “This domain is parked.”. What should I do to recover my domain name and transfer it?

Hi there,
I can restore the domain to your account, and then you should be able to transfer it out. However, the domain needs to be connected to a site in your account for you to be able to manage it and access the transfer settings.
Please create a new free site in your account and let me know once you’ve done that. Then I can restore the domain for you.

Thanks. I’ve restored the domain to that site, and you should now be able to start a transfer by going to My Site ->Domains.
Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
Once the transfer has started, pleased don’t cancel or delete anything on our end until your new domain provider confirms the domain is now registered with them. The upgrade should then be automatically removed from your site here, following which you can delete it.
