My domain is also parked, Help please!

    Hello,

    I wanted to transfer my domain name to another host. Ignoring the consequence, I canceled my domain name. Now I have the message “This domain is parked.”. What should I do to recover my domain name and transfer it? Please help :(

    Hi –

    We need to hear from you under the account where the domain was registered and cancelled from. Because that account was deleted you’ll need to respond to the deleted account notification that we sent to you via email. Write back letting us know that it was an error.

    After the account is restored we can then work on the domain.

    The domain was registered on August 25th. It’s not old enough to qualify for a domain transfer. In 5 days it will become available again for you to register at another provider. Otherwise, we need to go through the account restoration, domain restoration process, and then you would update the name servers to point the domain from here to your new provider.

    After 5 days the domain will be activated again and can I receive service from another service provider? Is that correct?

    If I do the steps you say I have to wait 60 days to transfer to another service provider, but unfortunately the themes of WordPress were not enough for me.

    If I got 5 days right, I’d like to consider it. :/

    Yes, since this domain was cancelled right after registration, it will be released in 5 days. That’s probably easier than restoring the account and what not, but if you need to use it right away, please restore the account by responding to the account deletion email. You can ask for help restoring the site and domain at the same time if you’d like.

    Oh I do want to add, if we restore the domain here, you can point the domain to another host. You’d just need to wait to transfer the registration.
