  http://www.mattprokes.com I pointed my domain at your name servers, why is the site down!
  Very disappointed, because I had just purchased this service last night! I was working for some time, and then ceased to work after that. Acct:webactivex

  webactivex, we check the Internet’s root nameserver to make sure the right information has propagated before allowing domain mapping. Still it can take some DNS (/ISPs) longer to update — completely outside of our influence. We can recommend using http://www.opendns.com/ since they are known to do a really good job.
