my domain is inaccessible

On about Aug 1, I signed up with WP and set up a new domain. You sent me a confirmation and I verified it. The whois is copied below. Now that I want to publish it, apparently you don’t have a record of anything. It’s a mess with a site I paid for but can’t use. Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thank you

I guess you have registered that site with another account. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ -

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that align4minds.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @mwendeleo login.
