My domain is inactive

My domain youperfect.org is inactive and readers can’t access my website. It shouldn’t be inactive, as it expires the 2019-06-28:

Also, I paid for the renewal back in February 2018, and now it says that it expired, it’s not possible, can anyone help me escalate this?

My domain is inactive without explanation, when I search for it on the platform I get this message: “the domain is expired, contact us to get it back”

As you can see the expiration date is 2019-06-28It says pending delete, redemption period:

Hi there,
The domain youperfect.org expired on 2018-06-28 as we did not receive a payment for the renewal it was returned to the registrar on 2018-08-10. The expiration date you are seeing on whois refers the register expiration which is the date until the domain will be released back to the public list of domains.
The good news is that it still may possible to get the domain back since the domain expired several months ago in addition to the normal renewal fee a late fee of $80 USD will also apply.
To start the retrieval process write us back here agreeing to pay the fee and we’ll send you a manual payment link.
