My domain https://lauribruins.com/ is not appearing on my account.
Only lauribruinsdotcom.wordpress.com
I am unable to transfer or get the EPP code.

Remember, domain propagation can often take over 24 hours to complete.

My website started acting wonky. After research, I going that I am not able to view my site in safari, but I can in chrome. When I look in safari, it says my “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found.”
However, when I went to check it, my domain is not listed under my admin panel. I can’t find my domain at all.
I haven’t changed a thing.
HELP!!! (cry emoji)

Ya, my domain stopped mapping yesterday/last night, with the same domain mapping error. Despite multiple attempts at customer support and upgrading, I Haven’t been able to get anywhere with it. :(

To everyone else having domain issues…
WordPress.com staff is attending our once a year all company meeting. However, there is a team of us keeping an eye out and will help you as quickly as we can.
To make that go faster, please make ONE thread of your own and add the “modlook” tag to that thread. The modlook tags gets our attention and having your own thread helps staff work more quickly. It is very confusing to try and work through a thread with a dozen users with a dozen different sites posting to it.

I received the mail.
You wrote `Howdy!The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to transfer.

I have only one (free) account.
I purchased the domain lauribruins.com through WordPress.
I understand now that this domain only apears in my wp-admin when I take an upgrade to a custom domain. But I do not want an upgrade, I want to transfer.
So how can I get my EPP code now?

I’m afraid that is the case, the WordPress.com account you are posting from is not the owner of lauribruins.com. At some point in the past you, or someone else, used a different WordPress.com user account to purchase that upgrade.
The WordPress.com user that you are posting from is the owner of http://lauribruinsdotcom.wordpress.com/. The lauribruins.com domain is connected to http://lauribruinscom.wordpress.com/.
