My domain is not showing

    Team,

    I just renewed WPCreator for 2 years and restored my site to 1st August 2023. However, it says ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site due to a critical error on the site.’

    I tried the KB articles on themes and plug-ins and none of them worked.

    Similarly my previously purchased domain is also missing. How can I retore it.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reporting the issue. It is fixed now and the site displays but bear in mind that it is set to private. It can be published in Settings > General.

    The reason was JS Composer plugin that I deactivated. If you added any JS code via this plugin you will want to evaluate it or if that’s not the case you can reach out to the plugin support.
