  Above what? http://misconstrued20.wordpress.com/ certainly works. You just don’t have any blog posts to display yet.

  That’s the weird thing, I have posted two articles in the last 48 hours, but the page is saying that the website can not be found.

  No, it’s saying the CONTENT cannot be found. If you’ve set a static page as your start page and haven’t got any content on the page, this is what you see. If you’ve got your blog post page set as the start page and you have two actual posts, not pages, then there’s an issue.
