My domain is not working

  I bought the domain “contrafase.es” last week and 4 days ago I validated, but still does not work and neither the old one (contrafase.wordpress.com). What I can do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  It looks like you have a custom A record set to point the domain to 1.2.3.4. Did you mean for this to be entered in? You can see it under Edit Domains -> Edit DNS here:

  https://contrafase.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  If not, I’m happy to remove the record and set it up for your domain to point to your WordPress.com site!

  Hello. We havent touched anything related to the DNS. The problem is that we don’t understand what do you mean with “A record set point the domain 1.2.3.4.”. The web page contrafase.es is not working and contrafase.wordpress.com neither.

  The domain appears to be working correctly on my side now. Can you let me know if it’s working for you as well?
