My domain is not working

I paid $18 for the annual renewal of my domain in January, however my page is not working. When I enter the web address, it says the domain is for sale. What is going on and how do I get this corrected? Thank you!

It looks like you recently updated the domain contact information but did not verify the email address using the verification link sent to your email. As a result, the domain was suspended, as this verification is a regulatory requirement.

I’ve verified my contact information at least 3 times. And my information was verified already before that. I changed to a different email so I could receive support as to why my website was not working, despite having paid the annual fee in January. There should’ve been no verification issue. I hadn’t made any changes to the account info in years until after the site was already down.
