Hi, because of lack of knowledge, I make a big mistake for cancelled my domain, instead of transfer it to another registrar. My domain is ruburubu.com, and right now is parked with automattic.
Can you help me to restore my domain ? Thanks

I’m sorry, this one is the original account, I just made another one because my email (G suite) can’t received newer mail, and I’m just afraid staff can’t contact me.

Now you’ll be able to transfer it, or change the name servers. Let me know if you need help with these steps.

Hello Liz! I did the exact same thing with my domain! I meant to go through WordPress.org
Now it is telling me that it is parked with automatic! Can I have mine released as well?

I want to mention that you’ll be able to transfer the domain to another provider once it is 60 days old. Until that time, you’ll point it to your new host by editing the name servers.
