My domain is still locked even after I followed your instructions

  I have followed your instructions to unlock my domain and transfer it to another registrar (Network Solutions) — yet they can not complete the transfer because you have locked the domain. Please unlock it! I used the code you sent to do this and it still remains locked. Thank you, Libby Koponen (Libbykoponen.com).

  Hi there!

  Every new domain has a 60 lock to prevent abuse. This is a requirement from the registrar and we can’t waive or release it.

  If you’d like to change your name servers or A records to point at a new host in the meantime, here’s some instructions:

  Thanks, but that does not help me as my new host is Squarespace and they do not use name servers.

  I need the domaine to point to my new site NOW. Thank you!
