My domain isn't mapped anymore

  Hello, I had paid for the mapping of the domain I had purchased through 1and1 and now today I tried to do an upgrade to premium to then find out it wasn’t what I need it. The plan included a domain and since I already had mapped it it took that domain. However, when I went to cancel it said that it was gonna charge me for the $13 dollars for the mapping and that if I canceled and wanted full refund I would loose the mapping of the domain even though I had already done that separately and paid separately for that. So how can I get my other refund??
