  You can’t transfer a domain to wordpress.org itself as wordpress.org just offers the open source wordpress.org.

  To transfer a domain to a self-hosted site, you must buy yourself hosting a e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, … once you have hosing you’ll be able to transfer your domain. However if you registered your domain less than 60 days ago, it is locked for transfer – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-domain-registration/ –
