My domain isn't working

Hello. I’ve just purchased a domain with WordPress using the premium package – but it’s not working. It seems like the site isn’t live, but it’s not very obvious where I can make the site ‘live’ on the dashboard. Is not registered yet? It definitely can’t be expired – I’ve only had it for 48 hours.
Please can someone help? Just paid a lot of money for it :(

I’m not sure what’s wrong, so I’ve marked this thread for staff assistance. They will be able to take a look into the backend of your site and get things sorted. The queue for staff assistance is a bit backed up right now, but someone will get to you as soon as they can.
If you want to check on the progress of the queue, you can click “modlook” in the right column of the page. Staff works from the bottom to the top answering questions.
That also means, it’s in your best interest to avoid commenting on the thread to ask for an update–doing so means you’ll lose your place in line.

I just reset your free domain credit. Can you please try registering carlottaeden.com again as a new domain on your Domains page here: https://wordpress.com/domains/
