My Domain isn't working.

    it’s showing that I bought offthesoapbox.com and it expires Feb 21, 2016. So how come it expired, and I never recieved any notification for it?

    That’s the domain mapping subscription we discussed earlier. It doesn’t work without the actual domain, which was cancelled. I’ve removed it from your account for you.

    For some reason I also have daphnemelanies.com (I don’t want this)

    You’ve signed up for a Free Trial of WordPress.com Premium. Do you intend to keep it? If so, we can add the domain daphnemelanie.com to that upgrade and refund your payment. If you don’t intend to keep the Premium upgrade, it’s better to keep them separate.

    Hi, I don’t think I’ll be keeping the upgrade yet…if I intend on buying just daphnemelanie.com, has that been done?

    It looks like you’ve already purchased the domain daphnemelanie.com so you’re good to go there. If you no longer want the Premium bundle trial, I can cancel that for you. Alternatively, you should be able to cancel it from the link here:

    Hi there, I recieved an email to cancel the upgrade and didn’t recieve a confirmation letter until late at night. I confirmed the cancellation but was charged anyway. Can I get my money back?
