I paid you $12 for a year long domain, so that hyenaglitter.com would go to hyenaglitter.wordpress.com but it is not working.

DNS settings can take up to 72 hours to propagate around the world.
Your domain is working ass it forwards to hyenaglitter.wordpress.com. However to set hyenaglitter.com as your primary address, you need a paid plan. In most cases the Starter Plan does the job.

they charged me $12 for HyenaGlitter.com so they need to make it work or give me a full refund because the basic plan comes with one year or free URL, so I’m not about to get shafted and pay for the same thing twice. If they can’t make hyenaglitter.com work then the have no business selling $12 domains

The problem is you bought a domain, not a paid plan. A paid plan comes with a free domain for the first year, not the other way round.

The domain you purchased works as intended when you buy only a domain. The domain forwards to your free WordPress.com website.
If you purchase an annual upgrade so you can set it as primary, post back in this thread and let us know.

A WordPress.com plan lets you use your custom domain as the primary address. It also adds additional features (like extra storage) to your site.
I see that you registered just a domain without a WordPress.com plan, which is why it redirects to your WordPress.com site address. Did you know you can get the first year’s domain registration fee waived with a yearly WordPress.com plan?
To get this, please use the button below to upgrade to a WordPress.com plan. If you’re getting started, I recommend the WordPress.com Starter plan. You can always upgrade to a higher plan if you need more features. :)

You guys are misunderstanding. Hyenaglitter.com needs to redirect to hyenaglitter.wordpress.com BUT INSTEAD it is directing to hyenaglittercom.wordpress.com which does not even exist!!!! Someone please help me

Hello again, when I type hyenaglitter.com in my browser address bar, I’m redirected to hyenaglitter.wordpress.com, which is using the Nook theme.
Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
