  Hi there, I hope you’re having an awesome day! I’m trying to access my domain (kingdomlifeschoolnz.org) to move it to access the DNS settings, and move to another registrar at a later date, but can’t do so. Can you help? Thanks :)

  Hey :) Thanks for your response. That link would normally be useful if I could access those settings, but unfortunately I can’t. The site is no longer in my dashboard.

  In my billing history I have purchases there for the last 4 years for the domain, but can’t access any of the settings.

  whois says it’s still in my name: https://who.is/whois/kingdomlifeschoolnz.org

  But it doesn’t seem to have any DNS records attached anymore: https://who.is/dns/kingdomlifeschoolnz.org

  Hope someone can help?

  Note that kingdomlifeschoolnz.org is not registered.
  Note the domain helper in the support docs https://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/
  There is no domain mapping upgrade for kingdomlifeschoolnz.org

  Bottom line: Prior to responding to any support thread one must confirm the URL of the site and the hosting.

  thanks for your response. That’s what is driving me crazy. The domain helper says the domain isn’t registered, but if I try add the domain to a site it comes back with

  kingdomlifeschoolnz.org is taken.
  If you purchased kingdomlifeschoolnz.org elsewhere, you can map it for $13.00.

  But I certainly have purchased this via wordpress – it’s in my billing section!! Maybe I missed a payment?

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired in August and is now in redemption with our registrar. It might still be possible to get that domain back, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started for you.

  The other option is to wait for the domain to pass through redemption and be released again, but that can take several weeks and you do run the risk of losing the domain if someone else buys it before you are able.

  Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
