My Domain Mapped to the Wrong Blog…
-
I recently purchased domain mapping for my wordpress blog. It looks like it has been mapped instead to a different blog I have on WordPress, which is an old blog name I was tossing around and decided against. I have contacted WordPress support with no response and am worried that after the 48hour “refund period”, this will be forever broken. Anyone now how to fix this or actually get in contact with WordPress? For $17, I should at least be able to get a email response within the refund period…

Hello there,
If you have either filed a support ticket with Staff or sent them an email support@wordpress.com requesting a refund within the 48 period you will get a refund. Staff are extremely busy but will get back to you as soon as they can. -
Can you estimate an expected time to hear a response, it has been 3 days since my support ticket has been filed. I do not want to become a hassle, I am only interested in fixing this issue. Thanks. =/

We are users just like you. We have no idea how long it will take for staff to answer all questions that came before yours.
Check your spam folder just in case staff’s response ended up there.

Andrew, thank you for the response. I had not heard from you guys and I still have not heard back. It has been 7 days since August 30th which was the date of my first email to WordPress support. As you can imagine, I am extremely frustrated at this point. I would ask that you please look into this issue immediately. Thank you.
