My domain mapping expired and I can’t renew

    I had a free site and I had paid to do dns mapping to it. My auto-renew was broken since I got a new credit card number after my credit card had been stolen. I didn’t realize the payment wasn’t made, but I wouldn’t expect my entire site to be deleted. At most, I would expect the mapping to stop. But my website is gone and I don’t have any option to renew it. How to I get my website back?
